Drop Circle connects approved suppliers with approved retailers so that unique, vetted products can move between stores without manual inventory work. Every supplier and every retailer is reviewed before joining — this is a closed network, not an open marketplace.

What Drop Circle does

• Product import — approved suppliers sync their catalog to participating retailers automatically.
• Order routing — when a retailer sells a Drop Circle product, the order is routed to the supplier for direct-to-customer fulfillment.
• Inventory sync — stock levels update in real time across the network so oversells are caught early.
• Fulfillment tracking — tracking numbers flow back automatically so the retailer never has to chase a shipment.

How to join

Drop Circle is invite-only. If you have been invited to join as a supplier or retailer, you will receive a personalized install link from our team. If you are a Shopify merchant interested in applying, email us at wholesale@firebarlabs.com and tell us about your store and products.
